1. Starting from your professional background sir, as kids we all have one or another profession dream, even I wanted to be a doctor or an engineer and I don’t remember how many times I’ve changed it, so what was your childhood profession dream, and how did you end up with Qalam?

So, you're saying that you wanted to be an engineer or a doctor, which was a very upscale, successful, and practical ambition to have. The fact that I idolized them as a child—I would say because of cartoons, perhaps occasionally comics, and how Indian movies glorify heroes personally—has to do with the fact that I was fascinated by them and always believed that I would end up as one. They simply had a power and became superheroes, and that is what I wanted to be when I was a child. I'm not sure if I'd ever want to be a superhero, although I would say that it is still one of my goals in life.
2. what exactly inspired you to keep your startup's name Qalam, you could have thought of any other name?
Therefore, it has a fascinating backstory. I just wanted to start something of my own, but I wasn't sure if it would be an open mic venue, a platform for artist development, or a marketing firm. The only things I had in mind at the time were the fact that I love to speak and write poetry. One of my cousin brothers and I were talking about all of these things when he suggested that I start my own business. I said, "Okay, that works. Now, what will we call it?" Due to my background in thrillers, I gave it titles that were absurdly weird and foolish and had nothing to do with what it actually was. The amazing thing is that although though that individual spent the majority of his life in China and is illiterate in Hindi, he nevertheless came up with the term "KALAM" with the letter "K" as the beginning. But because that could be mistaken for the name Kalaam, which was coined by APJ Abdul Kalam, a former president of our country, and because the letter "K" doesn't seem particularly stylish to me, I chose the name "QALAM" (pen), which starts with the letter "Q." Because my name finishes in the letter Q, I am also fascinated by it. Thus, the term "QALAM" was born. It was snappy and obvious that it had something to do with writing, thus it was the ideal fit for everything. At the same time, QALAM is a term that is frequently utilised by poets worldwide, particularly in Urdu and Hindi. Coming from a creative background yourself, you realise that all forms of art—jokes, poems, paragraphs, articles, books, etc.—need to be recorded at least once. Therefore, I believe that in order to begin anything, every artist takes up a Qalam first.
3. Qalam is an open mic platform of course, but there could be many more options to start a new business. You could have gone for any other option then what is the reason behind Opening only an open mic platform?
I would argue that the demand for an open mic platform in my hometown of Jaipur is what motivated me to build one. Any type of business must identify and address an issue; otherwise, it is not an entrepreneurial idea. I didn't want to be just another transaction between commodities until and until I was solving an issue. My target market has always been artists because I wanted to address a more significant issue. Why? because I had a really close relationship with the artist. At the same time, I understood the artist and what they were trying to achieve. Since I had been a performing artist for so long at so many different events, I was fully aware of everything that was lacking from each specific event. And since I was aware of this, I was able to eliminate all of those problems from my events. Obviously, I wouldn't argue that Qalam events were faultless, but I am glad to state that every Qalam event I have planned has been among the finest I have ever staged. Accordingly, Qalam 7 was the finest event until Qalam 8, and Qalam 8 was incredible till Qalam 9, respectively. In addition, I believe I was able to see the solution quite clearly when it came to the artist since I was aware of the artist's need for a place to call home. a place to call home, a platform they can call their own, because being an artist can often be a very solitary path. Your friends don't always stand with you because others don't understand you. They might accompany you to one or two events, but because you must attend tens of thousands of events as an artist, it is highly isolating to arrive at each one alone and perform in front of an empty audience. They might accompany you to one or two events. I am aware of this because I have personally experienced it during a number of occasions, and I wished for artists not to be involved in it. Because Qalam is here to stay, people can always turn to the organisers who are familiar faces to them. A creative person has always desired it. In order for them to constantly be aware that Qalam would be coming every month, we always create activities very, very often.
4. Ok, so of course for an artist, Qalam is a platform full of possibilities and opportunities but what exactly is Qalam for you? Was your is purpose to provide an opportunity to others or to make a trade for yourself? Because I myself is an artist and always I want a place where I can show my skills, my poetries, and everything. So, what is Qalam exactly for you?
I would say Qalam did not start for me as something to make a quick buck. Because if I wanted to make a quick buck. I would have done it very easily in any other place. I mean, I am skilled in a lot of particular technical skills. I could have used and leveraged them then to just make a quick buck if that's all I needed. But Qalam has always been something a lot more to me. I would say that I would equate Qalam to a family member. I never had a younger sibling, I am the youngest in the home, but Qalam is like a younger sibling to me. Something or someone that I am responsible for, I am going to take care of. How Qalam is groomed is up to me. That is why Qalam has a very special place in my heart because sometimes Qalam and my ideologies might differ. But after all, Qalam is family to me and because it is, how siblings always make up, I and Qalam always did too. So, I think that is what Qalam is for me. Qalam is my younger sibling because of that, I was always able to put so much effort into it and I always wanted Qalam to be bigger than me as we always want our younger siblings to be. I want Qalam to be everything that Qalam can, and maybe I individually wouldn't be able to reach there, but Qalam can because Qalam has the potential.
And yes, over the period, you know, money is a great motivator, wouldn't lie about that. And money is important in every form of business because no one is going to put countless and countless hours over a while to have nothing at the end of the month. I mean, even if the entire profits that were made were only to just reinvest in Qalam, you need to have something. Because when I started it, I was a college kid. And being a college kid, you do not have a lot of pocket money in your hand. I mean, for how long can you ask your parents to do this over and over again? I asked them once, but that was the end of it because Qalam has been profitable at least since the first event.
So yes, money has been a very important factor, but I would say that I equate these two things differently. I would say that you don't start a business to earn money. You start a business to solve the problem, but you need money for you to sustain that business basically, right? So, it's like, you don't turn on your car for petrol you turn on your car to reach your destination, but you still need petrol inside it to reach them and I think money is that petrol while the car is your company. So, I always look for money in that form instead of going till that point. I think I've never started my car just to reach the petrol pump, right? I mean, that would be stupid. I start my car to reach somewhere I want to, I might stop at a petrol pump to get a refill, but I will not stop there and stay, because that was not where I wanted to be in the first place. So, I think that will sum up the answer.
5. Ok that’s actually great, so now talking practically, this world and this market especially are full of competitors, and no doubt that Qalam India is a highly reputed and well-known open mic platform. But, alongside there are lot many competitors in this market. What is your stand regarding an artist choosing Qalam above everyone else?
So, the thing with every other open mic out there is that these open mics will make you feel like you are a casual person who is attending or performing at an open mic. What we do differently is, our goal has always been to make everyone who is going to perform feel like a star. Because if they have come there to perform, they are already one. So, what we did with artists particularly is to make them feel as if they are a star and the audience out there is just to listen to them. And when you do that and you take care of your people, your people will take care of the audience. And that is why the Qalam community especially with artists was very, very close knitted. People were just too protective of their art forms. At the same time, people were also protective of Qalam. They wanted to perform at Qalam over and over and over again. Even though they always wanted to give other people a chance, and they were open enough to let new artists in the entire circle, they always never wanted to give up their spot. If you are a person who's performed with Qalam once, you are one of those people who would repeat, and then again and then again. And as you always repeat over and over again, you get better over some time. Why? Because the kind of feedback you got from the Qalam audience was phenomenal. They would tell you exactly how they think that it could have been improved. Of course, with an artist, you know, it's your subjective to take the feedback or not, but having feedback in itself is a very amazing thing to have because so many times when you're an artist and you perform in front of your friends or family, they don't give you an honest opinion. Why? Because they care about your feelings, right? The audience doesn't care about your feelings, they care about your art. And I think every artist needs someone to care about their art. And that is what Qalam did and that is why everyone chooses Qalam a lot of times over any other event. And that is why you were also never scared to organize an event on the same day as other events. Sometimes I did that just to screw up with some of them.
6. So I've already researched a lot about your professional side, and the social media platforms of Qalam, and everything. During that research I've gone through the social media platforms of Qalam, but there is no mention of the team of employees that Qalam has. How do you manage with the team and professional supporters?
So, I would say that Qalam is a startup, and you know when I started it, it was in a very early stage. So especially in college, what happens is that people get involved in things for some time and then they leave them and then they move on with other stuff. Different internships, sometimes it's an exam that they are going for, sometimes they're preparing for a job. So, with different, different things, I couldn't find people at that point of time to commit to Qalam 100% and I couldn't, and I wouldn't blame them for it because it was a very initial stage, and speaking of which it is, it would take a lot of their years going forward putting in and again as every business has its risk so did alarm has. So, they would have to give a lot of their professional life for it, and I couldn't ask anyone for it, and I understood their point of view as well. So that is why we always had a particular set of people that would change over a while so that no one felt burdened and at the same time we could always get a new perspective on the plan. So, anyone who wanted to work with us would, of course, have to go through a little of the screening process and after that they were onboarded, and they were able to work with Qalam as long as they could. It was not as long as we wanted them to or anything, because when I started calling the first event, it was all me. And I know that an event can happen slowly and gradually, even if only one person puts in an entire effort. Of course, as the events got bigger, I needed people around me to support and everything, but I knew at the end of the day that I will put my 24/7 if needed. But the best part is that, even though I had all the backup plans if at any point people would leave for the event or from the event, no one did. A lot of people stayed with us for a very, very long period and they did amazing work with us. But one of the major reasons that we don't showcase our team on our platform is that we don't know when it's going to change. And having a very frequently changing team, especially on the face, on the Instagram page and anywhere else is not good for any form of business. That just shows that your particular organization is a high iteration rate and people are not willing to work there for long. But people don't know the behind story of stuff. They just assume what it is on stage, you know. That is why we did not put anything on Qalam social media pages as a part of the team and we don't even mention who is the founder. Even if you see Qalam, there's just written what we describe Qalam as, and there it's not written that who is the founder of Qalam.
But in one of your Instagram posts, I have like seen this post yours. It's your picture. And above your picture, it's written that "everyone clapped because he is the founder…". So of course, you mentioned it.
I would have put it in a form of a post or something like this, right? I mean, I wouldn't post it in particularly at the top that everyone who opens it will have to go through my profile. But I think that caption was not written by me, but a teammate of mine who was trying to pull a prank on me that, it's written that people clapped because he's the founder. So, they were trying to mock me in a regular way that the people are not clapping because I am performing well, they are clapping because I'm the founder. Because you know, you would clap if you're senior is performing. So, they were trying to mock me, and they were trying to play a joke on that. So that is why they did that. Generally, all the captions go through me, but they just, played a prank on that one. So just let it be there. And I'm pretty much sure you would have to search a lot to get there because even I don't remember that particular one, so you worked good on that.
Thank you for the appreciation, sir. So, moving ahead, we can say that Qalam will never go out of date because every time people change, new points of view come, and old points of view like you just let them go. So, Qalam will every time it will be up to date. it will never get old.
I would say that it should always be the case with any form of business, not just Qalam. And that the best part of having a small team and having a small organization in the very initial stage is that you can adapt to changes fast. And that is what we need in any form of business nowadays. Especially because if you don't adapt to changes, then what happens is that you are the reason that you run out of business. Not anyone else, not your competitor, no one. I mean, there's a very big example out there. You remember the company Kodak. So, Kodak is a camera manufacturer company and they used to make proper real one's camera for a very long period, and they were one of the best out there for that. But then digital photography came in. And Kodak found their technology way, way back before anyone else did. But they did not launch a product with that because the real cameras were doing phenomenally well. They did not want to ruin their own business so that their new business could vanish. And later that what would happen is that someone else also figured out the technology and they got other digital cameras first. So, Kodak grant patents and everything else, and they did well for 9 years as soon as the patents were over. Kodak as a business went out of business. So, it is said in the business world that the only way you are going to run out of business is that you are not running in the business you're working, you're crawling because you believe that the old ideas that were once successful are going to stay successful forever. I mean, Steve Jobs once said “I am going to launch this particular product because I might as well be the reason to kill my earlier product than someone else would”. Right? It's better to kill your product and get better there than someone else come along and kill your products. So, I think that is one of the most benefits of having a small organization in the initial stages of a business. At the same time, as you said because the team is always evolving and there are fresh ideas on the table. I don't believe that Qalam should ever go out of date.
7. Right sir. So, during the same research, I've noticed stagnation in the events because I do follow the events of Qalam on social media platforms, and the last event that happened was on 1st Feb 2021. May we know the reason behind the stagnation, and can we expect Qalam to grow more in the future?
I would say one of the biggest reasons for the companies like Qalam, which does rely heavily on events is COVID. Right? You would see that we stopped performing during that COVID phase, and because of COVID, a lot of business has changed. A lot of businesses ran out of business. I wouldn't say that Qalam has run out of business per se, but the business model that we used to operate has reached its course of time because all the things that were supposed to come, the new things that were supposed to come with a period, skyrocketed in digitization due to Covid. And during that particular phase of time, online events started to grow. And even though we did organize a couple of our online events at the start, and we did our best, it was just not able to get to the point where we could generate a form of revenue from them. And during that point in time, Qalam has already spent a couple of years, working its way through. So, we were expecting to grow financially a lot well, and so was our team and all the artists were working with us diligently. But due to COVID, all of that came to a standstill and we realized that there is no particular business model that we at that point could think of to grow it in a financial sense as well. And because of that, we thought that it's better to not do what is not being able to be done properly for now but would rather turn and sage our focus to a different ideology that could work a lot better in the future when things settle down. So, I would say that for a very long period I and the team have been working on a lot of different ideas that could work and there have been small, sample surveys around our teams and stuff that would work best. We are still in the pipeline, but I think that we are a lot far ahead than we were a couple of months back. So of course, you can see a comeback from Qalam particularly and I would say that as it happens more and more, we will be able to get to our business plan which would support the artist as it was used to earlier, at the same time, a business that can sustain itself over some time.
8. OK. while being practical, we all know that there's a lot of competition in the world as I already mentioned it. And being in a business field, you might have faced ups and downs a lot of various times. So being in a field of business, you might have gone through various struggles and failures. Would you like to share some of your experiences while getting through that struggle, and how did you manage your failures?
I would say that one of the biggest struggles of being an entrepreneur and handling your stuff is there will be days when you'll be alone. There will be days when no one else would understand why you are putting off plans with your friends or with your family just to work on that particular graphic, or to get some tickets printed, or to get to that particular place, or go all across the town to meet that particular artist you found amazing. Right? People will call you crazy. They will call you stupid. They will tell you that all of this can be done later. But I think that is particularly hard. Moreover, whenever you are doing something and you truly believe in, but you don't find people across to truly believe in the same as you do, you just don't find yourself physically alone, you also find yourself emotionally not being able to share it to someone, Your passion, your craziness. And I think that I would say is a struggle per se. At the same time, it was also a struggle when you had to carry a huge, number of things from one place to another all alone, making 30 rides, from one place to another. Because earlier I did not even know how to drive a car. So, there is only as much as you know stuff that you could carry on an Activa or in an auto. So then gradually I learned it and I started going through a car. Then when we started making a lot more money, just to reduce the trips and get things more efficiently we started getting sometimes, tempo trucks to get a lot of stuff there because, at a place wherever you're organizing, there's a lot of stuff that needs to get there for decoration like the branding of Qalam and everything else. That was a struggle and of course, financial struggles do come hand in hand because after every month when you are reinvesting every penny that you have owned. You do not have money in your hand, and it's sometimes hard for you to make your parents understand why sometimes you might still need pocket money. If you need to spend it somewhere else because they feel like you're earning. So basically, I was never broken, in my life. I was just not liquid. Thankfully, Touchwood, I have done a lot better for me in my life in terms of financial, things by now, but there were times as a college student I would say.
9. So coming to your personal life, would you like to mention your hobbies? And how do you manage your professional and personal life altogether?
I would agree that that at whatever point you are working in a systematic Qalam, your own and proficient life gets a great deal of cross-over. Along these lines, what happens is that at whatever point you meet specialists, you perform with them for quite a while. You really do interface with them on an individual level on occasion. Some of the time it's likewise cooled to spend time with them when you're not at a specific occasion. In this way, I would agree that that isolating your own and proficient life turns into a piece harder. What's more, I would agree that that your own life was a great deal taken over by your expert life in light of the fact that individuals you work with in your ordinary time are likewise the very individuals that you spend time with when you're free. At the point when you are with them the reasoning won't ever stop. Simultaneously, coming into my leisure activities, I would agree that that my leisure activities have been composing obviously, and performing and I love to remain fit, so I used to go to the exercise center prior. I can gladly say that quite possibly of my greatest flex right presently is that I can do a reverse somersault. I like to go out for a run on occasion and I love to play sports, similar to badminton, and cricket. Simultaneously, coming into my leisure activities, I would agree that that my leisure activities have been composing. Better believe it, and I do. I really do get up to speed with perusing a great deal on occasion. What's more, obviously, Netflix is one of my leisure activities, as well.
10. Ok, so from this of your answer, I haven't got any mention of your family. So how did your family support you during your struggle and what was the environment of your family when you started up your platform?
My family has forever been nonpartisan in what I do. They have never gone forthright to let me know NO in doing anything. Furthermore, they have upheld me when they required them the most. What's more, my family is additionally not the sort of family who might make a special effort to help me. They would continue to carry on with their life, I would continue to experience mine. However long it's not badging towards them. They are Nonpartisan. They are like, do anything you desire. Be that as it may, at whatever point I really wanted them, they have forever been there. In this way, I believe that is likewise one reason that my family has not gone to a great deal of my occasions. It was just the enormous occasions that they went to that we coordinated like the principal commemoration or one of the greatest theater celebrations rang Rajasthan. These are those tremendous occasions that my family came to. In any case, other than that, the vast majority of the occasions my family even hasn't joined in and I don't know that they even know the sort of entertainer I'm since they haven't heard my manifestations.
11. Ok that’s great, so moving ahead, while going through our social media pages, I've noticed a similarity in your performance number. It's always 10. You're the 10th performer of your events. So, may I know the reason behind the number 10?
OK, so I mean you are the first one to ever ask me this. I mean no one ever else notices. So, kudos to you for that one.
I would agree that that is a senseless response from my end since I love the number 10 fundamentally, and I think when I think back on my life why I love the number 10, it would be on the grounds that I was enamored with the animation that used to play on Animation Organization at that period when I was a youngster 'BENTEN'. So that was my most memorable interest with the number 10, and I generally needed to be like Benten. Along these lines, since you know, I've for practically forever needed to go superhuman as I told you before. Furthermore, by then, I thought he was the coolest one. In this way, I needed to be him since he was likewise a 10-year-old youngster, so I could connect with him significantly more. What's more, progressively over the period interior interest with 10 remained with me, then, at that point, I got to know that Sachin Tendulkar has a pullover number 10 and I for one respect him as a player and personally. At the point when it came to me to choose what number of entertainers I might want to be, I felt that 10 would be an ideal number. Simultaneously, in light of the fact that these were likewise the presentation numbers, I could situate myself decisively enough in the rundown of Entertainers that a ton of different entertainers have an opportunity to perform before me So you realize their specialty is additionally appropriately esteemed and valued before the stage. Simultaneously, I wasn't the last so it wouldn't feel like I'm providing myself with any type of more significance since I would have rather not, and I was never doing that. I was setting myself decisively in the between with the goal that one could perform, it actually felt like I was additionally one of the entertainers. Indeed, even as a coordinator, I generally needed criticism from the crowd as an entertainer and not as a coordinator generally. At the end of the day, indeed, I couldn't want anything more than to know how delightful the beautification is, yet I might likewise want to know where you think my verse leads you. In this way, ten additionally decisively held it, however that wasn't the genuine expectation behind it. The genuine expectation was my adolescent longing, however it just worked out all the, you know, as far as possible best for me.
12. OK, so during one of your college interviews you stated that it comes to your hobby to debate. you like to debate on various topics, so have you ever gone through any controversy because of your views and debates?
I couldn't be a debater on the off chance that I hadn't gone through contention, correct? On the off chance that I'm continuously bantering on the right side and why bother? At the end of the day, on the off chance that everybody is thinking exactly the same thing and I'm simply inclining toward them, it's not discussed. It's help. Discussing is having the option to put an alternate point of view on this stage, simultaneously having the guts, and the mental fortitude to express stuff without holding back, which others could some of the time feel awkward hearing, however your realities are valid, as you would like to think. Since it's a free nation and I really do have confidence in the right to speak freely of discourse, and I truly do accept that everybody has the privilege to say and place out their feelings in an exceptionally suitable, and peaceful way. What's more, indeed, I have gone through my reasonable portion of discussions, one of the greatest being an article I composed while I was in school. In this way, I wouldn't get a lot into insight concerning the article and how everything impacted, except I will let you know that, it was something that I would agree by and by, perhaps I might have composed it better, yet how much reaction I got, particularly the contempt, was an excessive lot and shouldn't have gone through that. Just to provide you with a brief look at what was truly going on with the article. The article was about the distinctions between the sexual orientations, male and female, and how young men and young ladies get a great deal of things contrastingly on occasion. Perhaps I might have composed it better, I would agree, however how much reaction I got, particularly the contempt. Furthermore, particularly during the pubescent phase of any youngster, folks go through a variety of things than young ladies and what young ladies go through in the ongoing examinations discussed significantly more. In any case, what folks go through on the stage isn't talked a lot and I being a male and coming from an all-young men school simply needed to reveal some insight into that. We will reveal some insight into that, occasionally what hormonal changes that folks are going through, could get a few peculiar considerations in their minds that are not a consequence of their reasoning. Simply needed to connect with those individuals to cause them to comprehend that having a terrible idea doesn't make you a terrible individual. Particularly on the off chance that it's not in your control, it's following up on them. So as long as you can intentionally hold yourself to genuine trustworthiness and carry on like a decent individual, you are a decent person. I'm a substantially more experienced individual now than I was the point at which I composed that article. I accept I might have composed two or three things contrastingly so significantly less individuals would have gotten impacted or outraged, I would agree in light of the fact that that was never the expectation of the article. Furthermore, the expectation of the article was simply to put a point forward and spike a contention over that, not a discussion. In any case, it brought about a tremendous discussion, and that was definitely not a 24 hours for me since I needed to bring that article down as a result of that specific thing.
I've heard this thing that family helps in crisis. How did your family support you during this controversy of yours?
I would agree that that indeed, the family helps in emergency, however I'm an extremely confidential individual with regards to my own life and once in a while it would be private from my own loved ones. In this way, they got to be familiar with the contention hours after the fact after I even eliminated the article from that point. I'm certain if I could have told them, they would have upheld me in all situations imaginable, however I just couldn't marshal up the fortitude to tell them since when everybody. Each individual you know begins to mark you various things even individuals who have known you for quite a long time. You simply feel so awkward in your skin. Be that as it may, you simply go like, perhaps something I did is off-base, so you feel embarrassed. Also, when I was embarrassed that way, I couldn't tell my folks. I was like, consider the possibility that they think something very similar. I'm certain that I was off-base since when I told them, they were significantly more strong and all the other things. However, indeed, and I feel that it is a result of them that I've forever had the option to say my heart essentially in light of the fact that my mom has consistently gone like regardless of the age or anything, on the off chance that you really, genuinely put stock in your heart that you are correct, so ought to and consistently let the other individual know. However, indeed, on the off chance that there is an age distinction, there is a legitimate method for saying it. however, you ought to say it. Since, supposing that you don't, then who will? At the end of the day, someone should be able to tell your reality, right.
13. Absolutely right sir. So, we have talked a lot about Qalam, the founder of Qalam, and the professional life that's come to Tanishq Israni. So how much Tanishq Israni is different from the founder of Qalam?
The creator of Qalam is, in my opinion, an extremely structured individual. He will record everything, make sure it is all in the right place, and do everything else. Tanishq Israni lacks a lot of organisation. I can be clumsy and disorganised. Although I occasionally forget things, I would never forget anything as the creator of Qalam. I'm a lot nicer to more people because I founded Qalam. In general, I have a tendency to be a little bit nasty and enjoy roasting people. But because you are the founder of Qalam and have so many business relationships, we don't do it as frequently. Being the founder of Qalam is exhausting, too. Sometimes all you want to do is relax with your pals and not worry about anything. And I'm not one of those individuals who needs constant attention; I like to have a few hours to myself each day, sometimes even more because you only get one life. And we just wouldn't want myself to get so consumed by it that I lose all other aspects of who I am. Considering that I am Tanishq Israni, a founder, poet, friend, son, brother, and everything else. It is an AND circumstance. It's not either/or, am I correct? Either I, or everything else, may be the founder. I only want to be everything. Yes, there are moments when I priorities being the founder of Qalam far more than just being myself. But there will come a day when I'll write down a number since the balance is crucial, right?
14. you're 22 years old and at such a young age you have reached so many heights in flying colors. So as a young entrepreneur, you're a true inspiration for the youth. What is the one message that you would like to give to our youth through your experience?
For everyone who wants to establish their own business, okay. Being an entrepreneur is similar to writing in that every time you sit down to scribble anything, you eventually understand that your pencil will stop working and your ink will run out. Then, you would occasionally have to exert additional effort by getting up, getting a sharpener, sharpening it with the peel in the trash, returning, and then righting the pen. But there will be obstacles, and every time it will need a bit more work than you had anticipated. But keep in mind that's the beauty of it and part of the deal. Because if it didn't need that extra work, then everyone would have done it and what you are doing wouldn't be very remarkable. Additionally, be aware that many other individuals have the same concept as you do. The concept did not come from you in a unique way. Only by putting it into practice and carrying it out can you stand out. Therefore, act on your ideas instead of merely sitting on them because if you don't, someone else will and being second is not pleasant, especially when you have the possibility to be first. I would advise everyone else who wants to be an artist to expect days when they don't feel like artists and feel like impostors. You might not be as good as people perceive you to be. You might wish to stop using the. Just refrain. The worst is always, always past, and the best is always, always yet to come.
15. Ok, so as I am aware of the fact that you're a poet and also do write articles and a debater also. Your audience considers you as a motivation for poetries and articles. As an artist even I require motivation for writing poetries and articles. May I please request you speak with one of your creations?
I can accomplish it, for sure. I'll read some of my most recent poems, which I've only ever done once live. I'll do that one for you as it's still very fresh in my memory. I've already mentioned to you that one of my lifelong aspirations was to become a superhero. And subsequently, I came to understand that being a superhero is very different from what I had previously believed. The reason why this poem is titled "HERO, MAYBE" is because I've come to the conclusion that the only thing that separates a superhero from a supervillain is their shared possession of superhuman strength. So, it couldn't be the abilities alone, can it?
I believe sacrifice is a heroic thing to do.
But I'm not sure if being a hero is the right thing to be.
You see, it is said that you have to set love free for it to flow but imagine giving away everything to people you don't even know.
Heroes are not made out of steel.
They're made out of circumstances.
They're made out of choices.
Choices that make the difference between a hero and a villain.
The hero will sacrifice you for the world, but the villain, a villain will sacrifice the world for you.
So, the former might get the glory, but the latter will get the love.
So, I'm not sure who is the real winner here.
I know I wanted to be a hero.
That has been my childhood dream.
The kid inside me still screams and tells me to jump off my 12th-floor balcony to see if I can fly.
And no, I'm not afraid, I'm not afraid to die, I'm afraid, what if I survive, what if I fly, then it would be up to me to make that decision to sacrifice the world for you or you for the world.
Thankyou
Thank you, sir, that's an amazing writing and also motivating that everyone can be a hero and there's a villain in everyone, but we just need to eliminate it from us.
It's also quite freeing, in my opinion, to admit that you have a villain inside. In order to protect someone, the villain will go to extraordinary measures, and I find it admirable because, no matter what sort of person you are, you are still a good person in someone else's eyes. I believe that practically everyone is guarding someone other themselves. For that person, they may be heroes, but for many other people, they may be villains.
Right sir. So, coming to an end. I wish you a lot, a lot, a lot more success in your future, in your professional as well as in your personal life, and of course, a lot of success to Qalam as well. And I want to see Qalam at the top of the world. So, thank you so much for your valuable time and as I am aware of your busy schedule, I believe you're already a superhero.
